When will my order be shipped?
Most orders on in-stock items ship within 24 hours of order receipt on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you have specific delivery needs, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will do our best to meet your request.
What are your shipping services and charges?
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Starting rates and approximate timelines as follows.

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the US. But stay tuned!
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Not at this time.
Can you ship to a military address?
Not at this time.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with the original packing slip. Unless the return is due to defects or damage, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
How do I return an item?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Please allow up to 14 business days from our receipt of the returned item for your refund to be processed and appear on your credit card statement.
