Returns Policy


Our goal at Merrichase is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase.  To be eligible for a full refund or exchange the following returns policy applies:

Returns: 

Items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery date.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with tags still attached.

To complete your return, Merrichase requires a receipt of proof of purchase.

Please email us at sales@merrichase.com before sending back the return. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail notification of receipt of returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow 7-10 days for refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at sales@merrichase.com and send your item to 229 East 85th Street # 522, New York, New York 10028.

Shipping:

We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
